This item double locks, just like normal handcuffs, to prevent accidental tightening.

This neck cuff comes with two lead rings, the smaller ring is just over one inch and the larger ring is about 1-3/4 inches. The size of the large ring is large enough to slip over a standard pair of handcuffs creating a wrist to neck restraint without the use of additional locks.
